Birth - Five Outreach 

The purpose of the Birth - Five Outreach Program is to identify and connect with parents of children ages 0 - 5 who reside within the Appleton Area School District. The Birth - Five Outreach Program builds positive relationships with families by offering connections to many school and community resources very early on!
